SmoothGlo is a new treatment that targets the three biggest signs of aging skin – tone, texture, and volume.
By addressing all three areas in one session, SmoothGlo patients are able to dramatically reverse the visible signs of aging. No wonder it’s earning rave reviews from patients, providers, and celebrities.
Raising the Bar for Results
SmoothGlo represents a partnership between Lumenis, the company behind the treatment, and select providers who are committed to raising the bar for aesthetic results.
How Does It Work?
Your certified SmoothGlo provider will utilize two state-of-the-art technologies sequentially to target multiple skin layers and address the visible signs of aging.
- The first technology utilizes therapeutic light to destroy unsightly pigment and blood-filled capillaries. The patented controlled pulsing technology minimizes your discomfort and maximizes your safety.
- The second technology creates micro-wounds in your skin to promote a natural healing process that leads to regeneration of elastin, collagen, and natural hyaluronic acid.
SmoothGlo treatments take about thirty minutes, and most patients find them very comfortable. It’s a small investment in time to enjoy natural and long-lasting results.
When will I see results?
Many patients report visible improvements right away. For the best and longest lasting results, patient should complete a series of SmoothGlo treatments spaced three to four weeks apart. Your skin expert will work with you to create a comprehensive treatment plan that’s right for your skin.
What can I expect after treatment?
You can expect to return to your daily activities immediately after your SmoothGlo session.
You may experience some redness or swelling. This can last between a couple of hours to a few days. Additionally, you may see and feel minor scabbing. Don’t worry, it will naturally heal and shed off.
After treatment, stay out of direct sunlight for a few weeks and apply sunscreen regularly. Most importantly, follow all of your provider’s post-care instructions.
