Karen Herman MD

Dr. Karen Herman is from El Paso, Texas and is happy to have returned to the “Sun City” in 1999. She did her undergraduate training at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. She then completed her medical degree and Family Practice residency at The Medical College of Virginia – Virginia Commonwealth University. She is a board certified diplomat and fellow of the American Academy of Family Medicine. Dr. Karen is board certified with the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and an associate member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, International Society for Sexual Medicine, and Cellular Medical Association.
Dr. Herman has dedicated her practice exclusively to medical and cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic services. She is married to Dr. Randy Goldstein, an emergency medicine physician and medical director of the Emergency Department at The Hospitals of Providence, Transmountain Campus. They have 3 children, Elan, Dora and Leor who keep them on their toes and never make for a dull moment.
Randy Goldstein MD
With over 20 years of emergency medicine experience serving the patients of El Paso, Dr. Randy now brings his sensible approach to wellness medicine to Una Vida at Rejuvené MD. “As a man in his 50’s, I understand the personal journey many of us need to make to renew our commitments to our own health and overall wellness. Join me on this path, and together we will work to optimize your overall well-being and to live your best life”.
Dr. Randy is a certified EvexiPEL physician, trained in the management and administration of bio-identical hormone therapy. “At Una Vida, we are prepared to be your partner to address your concerns related to nutrition, hormones, intimate health and overall wellness”. When not in the ER or at Una Vida, Dr. Randy enjoys traveling the world with his wife, Dr. Karen, skiing with his 3 children, exercising, and dabbling in the kitchen as a home chef and oenophile.
Dr. Roberto Guevara
“Longevity is not just about living longer, but living better.”
Dr. Robert Guevara was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. He has been a practicing clinical pharmacist for over 15 years. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas in El Paso and his Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Texas in Austin.
Robert is a board-certified Pharmacist who focuses on longevity medicine. He has spent the last several years researching ways we can slow the process of aging by preventing chronic disease and extending our healthspan. His interventions range from targeted lifestyle modifications to the most novel pharmacologic regimens supported by recent evidence-based studies.
Robert’s passion for this field originates from his challenges with his own health and his determination to prolong his lifespan and health span, allowing him to spend more time with his loved ones.
Marchelle Ludeman
Patient and Practice Executive Coordinator

Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, Marchelle knows there is no place like home. While she enjoys traveling and has seen some amazing places, she takes pride in her city. El Paso truly is where her heart is and she appreciates all that makes it unique.
Marchelle believes hard work and kindness are truly the keys to success. These traits have allowed her to be a successful entrepreneur. In 2007, she owned and operated LUKA 7, a one of a kind fashion boutique in the Kern area, which successfully ran for 10 years. After taking a break to raise her children she brought the national franchise, Card My Yard, to El Paso, which she found to be so rewarding.
Throughout all her endeavors her primary goal has always been to establish good communication with those she has served and offered the best customer service available. Her successes to date, have been attributed by making customer service an everyday priority and adapting to customer needs.
Marchelle is a dedicated single mother to her 3 children. They are her pride and joy and she lives every day with the intention of being the best she can for them. She believes in giving back to her community and looks forward to continuing her volunteer work with the Lifeguard Olympics and the Drowning Prevention Foundation events hosted annually in El Paso.
Lluvia Zayas

Lluvia Zayas was born and raised in Juárez, Mexico. She is a proud graduate from the Lydia Patterson Institute in El Paso, and completed her nursing degree from Centro Medico de Especialidades with an internship at General Hospital of Juárez. She has enjoyed working in the critical care hospital departments.
She also became passionate about the field of dermatology while working for three years with Dr. Karen Herman and Dr. Peter Herman at Dermatology & Aesthetics Center of El Paso. Her hobbies are traveling around the world, and she loves learning about new places and cultures, while being very proud of her Mexican heritage.
Lorena Anchondo

Lorena is a Medical Esthetician with 22 years of experience in dermatologic esthetics, specializing in acne management and anti-aging treatments. She is passionate about results-driven skincare and personalized care.
I’m proud to be part of the Rejuvené MD and Una Vida team and to work alongside Dr. Karen Herman, whose expertise inspires my continued growth and commitment to excellence.
My goal is to help you achieve the results you’re looking for in the relaxing environment you deserve.
Outside the treatment room, I love family time, enjoy hiking and have my own collection of sunrises and sunsets.
Monica Sofia Pastor

Monica is a full-time nursing student with a strong interest in science, skincare, and aesthetics. She loves the intersection of science and beauty, and enjoys being in an environment where she can keep learning while helping people feel confident and taken care of.
“I’m naturally very talkative and open, and my favorite part of the job is getting to know our patients and making them laugh while they’re in Dr. Karen’s chair. I love creating a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where people feel comfortable chatting, asking questions, and enjoying their visit.”
Outside of work and school, Monica Sofia is a huge music person. “I love concerts, EDM shows, and raves, and I DJ whenever I get the chance. I’ve also been told I somehow know the lyrics to almost every song that plays. I’m really into fashion and makeup, run almost entirely on coffee, and I’m a lifelong Hello Kitty lover—if something can be pink or Hello Kitty themed, I probably already own it.”
Hannah Castillo

Hannah is a Medical Assistant who graduated in 2024. She is passionate about helping patients feel confident, cared for, and supported throughout their aesthetic journey. I enjoy being part of the process that helps people look and feel their best.
I’m proud to be part of the Rejuvené MD and Una Vida team and to work alongside Dr. Karen Herman, whose knowledge and dedication continue to inspire my growth in the field of medical aesthetics.

Naydali Nogueras

Naydali, aka “Nay”, has always been passionate about the beauty industry and began her journey working in the beauty field, where she developed skills in enhancing confidence and helping clients feel their best. Over the years, her love for helping others grew and extended beyond beauty, into healthcare.
“Today, I proudly combine both worlds as a beauty professional and a Medical Assistant. My background in beauty allows me to focus on aesthetics and client care, while my medical training strengthens my knowledge of health, safety, and patient support. This unique combination allows me to provide a more complete and professional approach to beauty and wellness.”
As a mother of two pre-teen children, Naydali enjoys doing outdoor activities and going to see new places. “I also enjoy relaxing days at home watching movies and recreating new recipes to try different dishes.”
Dora Goldstein

Dora Goldstein is Dr. Karen’s daughter who was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She is a Coronado High School Graduate and she then got her Bachelor of Science degree from University of Texas at Austin with a public health major and business minor. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree and Dora is following her parents’ and grandfather’s track of becoming a physician and is now attending Texas Tech Health El Paso, Paul L. Foster School of Medicine.
Dora has gained experience and knowledge working at Rejuvené MD and also at an aesthetic and medical dermatology prestigious office in New Your City. Her dream may one day lead her to become another dermatologist in the family, and working at Rejuvené MD has allowed her to expand her passion for the medical field. She lets us know what to do and not to do on social media, as she is very Gen Z Savvy!
Her hobbies are exercising, and hanging out with her friends, and as cute and petite as she is, she is really known by all as “The Big D”!
