Karen Herman MD

Dr. Karen Herman is from El Paso, Texas and is happy to have returned to the “Sun City” in 1999. She did her undergraduate training at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. She then completed her medical degree and Family Practice residency at The Medical College of Virginia – Virginia Commonwealth University. She is a board certified diplomat and fellow of the American Academy of Family Medicine. Dr. Karen is board certified with the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and an associate member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, International Society for Sexual Medicine, and Cellular Medical Association.
Dr. Herman has dedicated her practice exclusively to medical and cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic services. She is married to Dr. Randy Goldstein, an emergency medicine physician and medical director of the Emergency Department at The Hospitals of Providence, Transmountain Campus. They have 3 children, Elan, Dora and Leor who keep them on their toes and never make for a dull moment.
Randy Goldstein MD
With over 20 years of emergency medicine experience serving the patients of El Paso, Dr. Randy now brings his sensible approach to wellness medicine to Una Vida at Rejuvené MD. “As a man in his 50’s, I understand the personal journey many of us need to make to renew our commitments to our own health and overall wellness. Dr. Randy is a certified EvexiPEL physician, trained in the management and administration of bio-identical hormone therapy. “At Una Vida, we are prepared to be your partner to address your concerns related to nutrition, hormones, intimate health and overall wellness”. When not in the ER or at Una Vida, Dr. Randy enjoys traveling the world with his wife, Dr. Karen, skiing with his 3 children, exercising, and dabbling in the kitchen as a home chef and oenophile.
R. David Tiller MPAS, PA-C

Mr. David Tiller is an El Paso, Texas native. He spent over eight years active duty in the US Navy before earning his bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of West Florida and then his graduate degree as a Physician Assistant from the University of Florida. After graduation he moved back to his hometown and began his practice of medicine.
After many years of practicing Emergency Medicine, Mr. Tiller wondered if there was a better way for his patients to live healthier lives. Heart attacks in 35 year olds, obesity, infertility, heart disease, depression, and a host of other problems that did not need to happen if patients were better educated about their own health and what they could do about it.
He realized that most primary and specialty doctors were unwilling, or simply did not know what to do. He began to spend much time studying Functional Medicine and attending coursework. In 2009 he began to help his patients optimize and take control of their own health.
He is a board certified through the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants, A Member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, Academy of Preventive and Innovative Medicine and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Married to Elsa Tiller, a board certified Occupational Therapist and Lymphedema Therapist. Together they are paw parents of Piper, Luna and Zoey who all enjoy everything outdoors.
Marchelle Ludeman

Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, Marchelle knows there is no place like home. While she enjoys traveling and has seen some amazing places, she takes pride in her city. El Paso truly is where her heart is and she appreciates all that makes it unique.
Marchelle believes hard work and kindness are truly the keys to success. These traits have allowed her to be a successful entrepreneur. In 2007, she owned and operated LUKA 7, a one of a kind fashion boutique in the Kern area, which successfully ran for 10 years. After taking a break to raise her children she brought the national franchise, Card My Yard, to El Paso, which she found to be so rewarding.
Throughout all her endeavors her primary goal has always been to establish good communication with those she has served and offered the best customer service available. Her successes to date, have been attributed by making customer service an everyday priority and adapting to customer needs.
Marchelle is a dedicated single mother to her 3 children. They are her pride and joy and she lives every day with the intention of being the best she can for them. She believes in giving back to her community and looks forward to continuing her volunteer work with the Lifeguard Olympics and the Drowning Prevention Foundation events hosted annually in El Paso.
Mercedes Bustamante

Mercedes is an El Paso native and has been a Certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist since 2018. Soon after graduating high school she began studying Microbiology at UTEP. She developed a strong sense of devotion for the medical field and later received her Certification in Medical Assisting from Southwest University.
Her strong knowledge of medical aesthetics derived from her previous experience working closely as a Medical Assistant with an El Paso cosmetic and reconstructive surgeon.
Mercedes has one daughter, Darlyne, and together they reside in Far East El Paso. Her favorite pastime is binge watching crime shows and doing crafts with her daughter.
Lluvia Zayas

Lluvia Zayas was born and raised in Juárez, Mexico. She is a proud graduate from the Lydia Patterson Institute in El Paso, and completed her nursing degree from Centro Medico de Especialidades with an internship at General Hospital of Juárez. She has enjoyed working in the critical care hospital departments. She also became passionate about the field of dermatology while working for three years with Dr. Karen Herman and Dr. Peter Herman at Dermatology & Aesthetics Center of El Paso. Her hobbies are traveling around the world, and she loves learning about new places and cultures, while being very proud of her Mexican heritage.
Sylvia Stevens

Sylvia is an El Paso Native and has been a licensed aesthetician since 2014. She has lived in many places, including Houston, Europe and Seattle where she obtained her aesthetics education before settling back in her hometown of El Paso, Texas. She is also a graduate of UTEP where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational and Corporate Communications in 2020. Sylvia’s passion for medical aesthetics began when she personally received amazing skin care results from a medical aesthetician. Sylvia’s diverse educational and work background as well as her passion for aesthetics and wellness allows her to strive to give the best skin care and education to her clients. Sylvia is married with two young boys. She enjoys hiking and traveling with her husband and children, spending time with family, drawing, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and enjoying life to the fullest.
Estefany Palma

Estefany is a native “fronteriza”, born and raised in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, moving permanently to El Paso in 2022.
With a passion for skincare and helping others, she obtained her Advanced Esthetician certificate in Mexico, and followed it with the Licensed Medical Aesthetician in Texas.
Estefany believes that there is no more rewarding feeling than the one received when helping others see positive results in their skin health and gaining back their self-esteem and self-confidence. She is a graduate of the Monterey Institute of Higher Education, earning a degree in Business Management and Innovation. She also is a Certified Digital Marketing Professional.
She considers herself an “eclectic-soul”, loves to spend time with her husband and fur-baby, Ellie, and enjoys live music, experiencing new food, traveling, astrology and the visual arts.
Dora Goldstein

Dora Goldstein is Dr. Karen’s daughter who was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She recently graduated from Coronado High School and will be attending University of Texas at Austin starting the fall 2020. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree and Dora is following her parents and grandfather’s track of becoming a physician. She will be pursuing a pre-med and business track while at college.
Dora is gaining experience and knowledge by following her mom, Dr. Karen, and has been a major asset at Rejuvené MD. Her dream may one day lead her to become another dermatologist in the family, and working at Rejuvené MD has allowed her to expand her comfort in the medical field. She lets us know what to do and not to do on social media, as she is very Gen Z Savvy!.
Her hobbies are exercising and hanging out with her friends, and as cute and petite as she is, she is really known as “The Big D”!
